The Berlin Police Department issued a missing person alert Feb. 22, for Fengjia Shen, 74, who was last seen walking east on Norton Road near Kensington Road. Police are asking for the public’s help in finding this “at risk” person. Shen is described as an Asian male, 5 feet, 5 inches, tall, weighing 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a brown Timberland vest. Those who may have information are asked to contact the Berlin Police Department at 860-828-7080.
