Board of Eduction Member Chris Puzio resigned from his post Monday and the move changes the outlook for the fall election. Puzio came on the board in 2005. he was most recently elected in 2009. His term would have expired in 2012.

Puzio could not immediately be reached for comment.

Three women members, Michelle Hartell Kathy O’Donnell Moss and Julie Erickson, have terms that expire this fall. To date, the following individuals have pulled petions for placement on the ballot: Timothy Oakes, Richard Price, John Richards, Cindy Kobus, David Kobus, Erickson and Moss.

According to the town clerk’s office, the top four vote-getters will earn a seat on the school board.
